An Evening with Pat Toomey

Drawing on his experience as a member of the United States Senate Committee on the Budget, Committee on Finance, Joint Economic Committee, Select Committee on Deficit Reduction, and Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, as well as his personal role on the Board of Apollo Global Management, former United States Senator Patrick Toomey will sit in conversation to discuss the state of the United States’ financial health, complex finance, alternative assets, and fiscal policy.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Pat Toomey is an independent director of Apollo Global Management, Inc and a member of two private company boards.  He serves as an advisor to several firms and as a member of the Global Advisory Council of Coinbase, Inc.

Senator Toomey represented Pennsylvania in the U.S. Senate from 2011 to 2023 serving on the Senate Banking Committee, including as the Ranking Republican; the Finance Committee; and the Budget Committee.

Senator Toomey previously served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1999 to 2005.  He owned and operated a small chain of restaurants; and helped launch a community bank in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He began his career in financial services at Chemical Bank in New York and holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University.
